Nalley's Original Chili

Fluffy Stuffing

  • 4 cups cubed French bread
  • 1/2 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon instant onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chicken seasoned base
  • 1/4 cup (approx.) hot water

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Dissolve chicken base in water. Stir just enough water into bread to moisten slightly. Makes 4 cups: enough to stuff 4 Cornish hens or a 4 pound chicken; for turkey, allow 1 cup stuffing per pound. (Rub poultry skin lightly with mayonnaise before roasting.) To serve with chops, roast or fish: Shape sutffing into balls and bake until golden.
