Herb & Wine Halibut Bake
- 2 pounds halibut, sliced 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon each: sweet basil & tarragon, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
In shallow baking dish, marinate halibut in wine for an hour. Combine mayonnaise with remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over fish. Pre-heat over to 400 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
