Nalley's Original Chili

Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, chopped spinach
  • 12 extra large (2 1/2
  • 3/4 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Drain spinach, pressing out liquid. Wash mushrooms; remove and chop stems, reserving caps. Mix mayonnaise with remaining ingredients. Stir in spinach and chopped stems. Heap mixture into caps. Arrange in oiled pan and bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
