Broiled Steak Roquefort
- 1/2 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
- 3 oz. Roquefort cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 pounds lean, tender, boneless steak, 1
Mix mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Spread on both sides of steak; chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator two hours before cooking. Broil 4 to 6 minutes on each side, spooning rest of sauce on meat after turning. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
