Nalley's Original Chili

Hot Salad Puffs

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen patty shells
  • 1/2 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 cups diced cooked turnkey or chicken*
  • 1/4 cup Nalley's Sweet Pickle Relish, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 6 pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 minced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons Nalley's Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

*Can substitute 8 hard-cooked eggs. While shells thaw, mix mayonnaise and rest of ingredients. On lightly floured board, roll each shell into a 7" circle; transfer to cookie sheet. Place 1/2 cup filling on circle and fold as for turnover, sealing edges. Place in 450 degree oven; close oven, reduce heat to 400 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with fruit salad. Makes 6 puffs.
