Nalley's Original Chili

Chili Brunch Eggs

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 can Nalley's Chili
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup avocado dip
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Arrange tortilla chips in 4 individual oven-proof casseroles. Divide chili equally among casseroles, top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Fry eggs until softly set and place one in each casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Place sour cream, avocado dip, green onions, and sliced olives in small bowls and pass separately. Serves 4.
