Stuffed Chili Peppers
- 1 15 oz can Nalley's Chili (no beans)
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Cook rice as directed. Remove tops of green peppers and hollow out the insides. Blend chili with rice; fill peppers with mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Stand peppers upright in a small baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
