Nalley's Original Chili

Enchilada Chili Bake

  • 1 6-1/4 oz pkg tortilla chips
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • 1 15 oz can Nalley's Original Chili w/beans
  • 1 15 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce w/ chopped onion
  • 1 4-1/2 oz can chopped olives, drained
  • 1 qrt dairy sour cream (1 cup)

Heat oven to 375. Reserve 1 cup tortilla chips and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. In 11x7x1-1/2" baking dish, combine remaining tortilla chips and shredded cheese with the canned ingredients. Bake, uncovered, for 30 min., or until bubbling hot. Spread top of mixture with sour cream; sprinkle with reserved tortilla chips and cheese. Bake 5 min more or until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
