English Beef Pie
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line shallow 8-inch pie pan with one crust, leaving ¼-inch crust over edge of pan. In medium mixing bowl, combine stew, onions and mushrooms; pour into crust lined pan. Top with second crust; pinch edges to seal. Slit top to permit steam to escape. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
